Musselburgh Old Links

Musselburgh Old LinksMusselburgh Old Golf Club staged a very special event last year to launch a new era in the history of Musselburgh Old Links, the oldest remaining golf course in the world (it is reputed that Mary Queen of Scots played here in 1567). The descendants of Musselburgh's golfing legends came from Scotland, England and the USA to take part in a celebration day. Musselburgh, which staged the Championship six times in the last century, boasts five Open Champions Willie Park Senior, his brother, Mungo, his son Willie junior, David 'Deacon' Brown, and Bob Ferguson.
